2015 Flu Shot Clinic Dates
The Maplewood Health Department will provide two adult influenza vaccination clinics in October:
- Wednesday, October 21st, from 10 AM to 12 Noon
- Saturday, October 24th, from 10 AM to 11:30 AM
All flu shot clinics will be held at Maplewood Town Hall, 574 Valley St. Quadrivalent vaccine will be used. This flu vaccine clinic is for adults, 18 years of age and older. Pregnant women must bring a note from their doctor. Medicare Part B will be accepted. Must bring Medicare card. All others: $20.00. You should not take a flu shot if you are allergic to eggs or egg proteins, or are presently ill, please consult your MD. Any questions, call the Maplewood Health Department (973) 762-8120 x4300.
Flu Shots & Shingles (Varicella) Shots
The Health Department conducts influenza vaccination clinics for adults age 18 and over each fall. For adults with Medicare, Medicare part B is accepted as payment. All others a $20 fee will be charged.

The Health Department works with a local physician to provide low cost Shingles (varicella) vaccinations.
