2010 Estimated Third Quarter Tax Bill

The 2010 estimated third quarter property tax bill is now available. The estimated tax rate for the third quarter is $4.86 per $100 of assessed valuation   You may access your amount either through the Township’s website, www.maplewoodnj.org, or by calling the Tax Collector’s office at 973.762.8120 extension 2800.  You will receive the actual bill shortly. The third quarter payment is due August 1, 2010 and the Township extends a 10 day grace period.  Any payment received after the grace period is subject to interest.  Interest is calculated at 8% of the first delinquent $1,500 and 18% of the balance.
