Monthly Bulletin

February Spotlight * 2020

Dear Members:

I’m always sad to see the holidays pass, but that just means we are a little closer to spring! 64 days…but who’s counting? In the meantime, indoors, we have a lot to keep busy. Our fitness classes run year round. We offer 19 different classes from Aerobics to Zumba and everything in between.  Mahjong Mondays are going strong and we will be having our first movie day of 2020 on Friday, February 14th at 1PM. In honor of St. Valentine’s Day we’ll be showing P.S. I Love You. Popcorn, soft drinks & movie theatre candy will be served.

In lieu of your next senior club meeting on Wednesday, February 12th , we will be having a St. Valentine’s Day Lunch;  11:30AM at the Maplewood Senior Center, 106 Burnett Ave. A delicious lunch and a fun valentine themed dessert will be served. Think chocolate J The cost is $5 if you sign up in advance and $8 at the door. Don’t forget to wear your red!

February is Black History Month and Maplewood is a proud participant in many events. For information about all events visit our website at maplewoodbhm.com
